Jessica Gilson, PA-C

Jessica Gilson, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant with a background in cardiology and urgent care who now specializes in otolaryngology (ENT). She provides collaborative ear, nose, and throat care at CT ENT Sinus Center in Connecticut.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. She continued her medical training at Touro College School of Health Sciences, where she completed a dual Bachelor and Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

Her career began in cardiology and urgent care medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in managing complex patient needs. Over time, she discovered her true passion in otolaryngology, where she now focuses on helping patients improve their breathing, hearing, and overall quality of life.

Jessica is committed to providing patient-centered, collaborative care. She believes in listening carefully, educating patients about their condition, and ensuring they feel confident in their treatment plan. She values evidence-based medicine and, when appropriate, minimally invasive procedures that aim to support efficient recovery and help patients return to their daily lives as safely as possible.
