Jane Kopacki, MSN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) care. She joined CT ENT Sinus Center in June 2024, bringing more than 20 years of combined nursing and advanced practice experience.
Professional Background
Jane earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2006) and Master of Science in Nursing (2011) from Pace University. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner and holds active licenses in Connecticut, New York, and Hawaii.
Her clinical experience includes 11 years at Stamford Hospital, where she cared for patients in Cardiology and the Level II Trauma Center Emergency Department, followed by more than a decade as a Family Nurse Practitioner with MinuteClinic in New York.
She maintains professional memberships with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and as a Certified Medical Examiner with the National Registry of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Before entering nursing, Jane earned a Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism from Penn State University and worked as a newspaper reporter. She also spent 12 years managing her family’s pharmacy in New Jersey, where she served as a pharmacy compounding technician.

Personal Note
Originally from New Jersey, Jane enjoys watersports on Long Island Sound, having first learned to sail in the challenging waters of New York Harbor. Outside of work, she and her husband have also rescued and cared for two parakeets they found outdoors.
